Here you can find a true dining experience with a rich variety of
gourmet cuisine incorporating locally  grown
produce.
The Durack Room Steakhouse, open from March to December offers a
Meat Lovers Menu in an airconditioned environment.
During the cooler months our outdoor garden "Sails" Bar
& Restaurant is open. Situated amongst the palms  and
close to the lake, it offers a casual relaxed place to experience
one of our famous speciality buffets or dine from the bistro
menu. Sails Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and
is the ideal place to relax with a cooling drink whilst watching
the sun setting over the lake.
Alternatively, if you are short on time or if there is something
too good to miss on TV try our takeaway menu from the Bistro. |
